I got to know OOTO & Co. as an agency which creates “above expectation” experiences, which is able to cater to our needs, which shows a great deal of flexibility during the process of planning and execution of the event.
They have an agile approach to cater to last-minutes requests and last but not least is able to advise us on how to better organise events utilise technology as an enabler in our AMAX events over the past years.
Beyond their performance in event delivery, it is a pleasure to work with the team!
OOTO & Co. understood what we wanted. They immediately went to work on the ‘story’ of the event. This story proved to be the most important part of the planning, as it served as our north star in getting into details & executing every day of this 4-day event.
OOTO & Co were reasonably flexible, laying options for us to decide on which path to take considering the impact factor vs budget. My confidence during the event was coming from the whole team, especially with OOTO & Co, knowing that they go beyond the task at hand to give an awesome experience for all participants.

We’ve got so many wonderful compliments and thank-you notes from all over the world and I believe that the effort put in by each one of you has really helped raise the standard off our UPL relationships. It was a dream for me to organise an event to build a network of personal relationships with our business partners, to talk about our focus and our vision for the future of our company.
The focus of working with partners to find solutions to solve the problems and enabling them. This was more than achieved. I really want to thank the team who have worked tirelessly 24/7 for 30 days. I have been to many events which last 3 to 4 days or one week but this was a nonstop 30-day marathon event. Ezra, … you and the team have once again excelled yourselves and showed us the commitment and amazing hard work put in by the whole team that included Xu Hong, Sathia, … and others.
I really want to thank you each one of you for the amazing hard work and commitment you showed during some of the most difficult times during the planning process which as you may remember started almost more than 2 years ago and the execution which was a mammoth 30 day non-stop event demanding complete focus and attention to every detail and most importantly making sure that none of the customers or UPL colleagues who are visiting with their customers felt any discomfort and all of you did it with a huge smile hundred percent of the time.
There are so many other colleagues I need to thank for making this event one of the most exciting and successful events in the history of UPL and I am sure that I will get a chance to personally thank every one of them.
